Trying Out Arteza Alcohol Markers

Hey crafty peoples! Today I have a card with lots of coloring because I was trying out the Arteza Everblend markers.

To create my background I took out a piece of Neenah white cardstock and used the chisel nib on a light peach marker to free hand some stripes down the panel. I then took out the One Cool Pineapple stamp set from Simon Says Stamp and stamped a sentiment from that with Versafine Onyx Black ink.

I used Versamark ink to stamp a bunch of watermelons all over the background and then colored them in using the Everblend markers. Check out the video to see the coloring in detail!

I used my ATG gun to adhere the panel onto a piece of Peacock teal cardstock and then glued that whole panel onto an A2 card base.

To finish up the card I used a white gel pen to draw a line along the space between the watermelons and the rinds. This card was very simple, but helped me to really get a feel for these markers!
