Fish Bowl Shaker Card | Pink and Main

Hello my friends! I am sharing a card today using some products from Pink and Main’s upcoming release! This release comes out on the 20th and I am sharing a look at the Fintastic stamp and die set.

6.jpg

I stamped the fish from the set with Gina K Designs Jet Black Amalgam ink and colored him in with Copic markers. I then cut him out with the coordinating die. I embossed a sentiment from the set on Bazzill Licorice Twist cardstock with white embossing powder and cut it down to a strip.

7.jpg

I cut the fish bowl from the Fintastic die set out of Sea Glass cardstock. I cut the inner section of the bowl out of a panel of Neenah cardstock and glued a piece of acetate to the back. I then took the Sea Glass bowl and glued it to the front of the panel.

5.jpg

To create the background for the shaker I took Peacock cardstock from Simon Says Stamp and embossed a Wavy stencil design in clear embossing on it. I then added foam tape around the shaker wingow, filled it with sequins, and closed it up with the background.

8.jpg

To finish up the card I glued the fish to the front and popped up the sentiment. I also added a few raindrop embellishments and glued the shaker panel to a card base.

3.jpg

I cut out a frame from some scrap white cardstock and glued some acetate to it to make a shaker window. I added doubled up foam tape around the back of the frame and filled up the shaker with clear glitter and micro pearls. I closed up the shaker with some Simon Says Stamp Fog cardstock.

2.jpg

I glued my shaker to an A2 size card base. I then glued the rainbow and clouds on the shake. I stamped a sentiment on white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black ink and popped it up on the card.

Dreamy Pastel Rainbow Card | Pink and Main

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing a sneak peek of some products from Pink and Main’s upcoming release. This release is coming out on May 20th and I adore it, probably because of all the rainbows!

3.jpg

For this card I first used the Rainbow Dies from the release to cut out my pastel rainbow. I cut the rainbow die from six different colors of cardstock to make the colors. I adhered all the pieces of the rainbow together on a paper template.

1.jpg

Next I stamped a sentiment from the new Bright Side stamp set onto a piece of Cotton Candy cardstock from Simon Says Stamp with Dusty Rose ink from Gina K. I then took clouds from that same stamp set and stamped them on that panel with Versamark ink to create a background. I filled in the clouds with a white colored pencil using a gentle pressure.

4.jpg

I glued the background panel to an A2 card base. Next I used a white gel pen and a T-square ruler to add a border along the edge. I popped up my rainbow shape with foam tape on the card. I then die cut 2 clouds from the Bright Side die set and popped them up on both ends of the rainbow.

2.jpg

For the finishing touches I first added some glitter to the two white clouds with Glossy Accents. I then went over the rainbow with a glitter brush. Finally I added some clear sequins across the card.

Alice in Wonderland Card Design | Pink & Main

Hello friends! Today I am sharing an Alice in Wonderland themed card design using some products from Pink and Main.

1.jpg

I started by stamping a bunch of the images from the Wonderland stamp set onto some Neenah Solar White cardstock with Gina K Designs Jet Black Amalgam ink. I colored them with Copic markers and the cut them out with the coordinating dies.

2.jpg

To create the background I cut a piece of Bristol Smooth paper to 9 x 4. I did some ink blending with Distress Oxide inks in the colors Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch, and Black Soot. I sprinkled some water on the blended panel and soaked it up with a paper towel to make some water spots. Next I took a few of the silhouette images from the Tea-rific stamp set and stamped them on the panel with Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide ink.

3.jpg

I adhered my background panel to a card base with my ATG gun. Next I took a long strip of Bazzill Licorice Twist cardstock and cut a wavy line down the center with scissors. I popped up each of those two pieces of cardstock on the sides of my card. I then stamped a sentiment from the Wonderland set on the same black cardstock and embossed it in white. I cut the sentiment out and popped it up on the top of the card.

4.jpg

Using foam tape I popped up all the images that I colored on the card. I used a white gel pen and a glitter brush to add some highlights and details. Finally I added some Raindrop embellishments from Lucy’s Cards with Gina K Designs Connect Glue.

I used some doubled up foam tape on the edges of my frame to create a shaker are and filled it up with clear sequins and micro pearls. I closed up the shaker with the cloud panel. For the sentiment I used the Happy Birthday die set from Pink and Main. I also embossed a few smaller sentiments from the Birthday Script stamp set and popped them up on the card.
